Aletta Rochat, DTM, of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, is a professional speaker, trainer, and author. She owns Voicing Your Potential, a company she founded in 2010. She coaches clients on executive presence and communication skills.

A Toastmaster since 2008, Rochat is a proud member of her home club, Cape Town Toastmasters Club in Cape Town—a club that just celebrated its 40th birthday. It has been President’s Distinguished every year for over 20 years.

Radhi Spear, DTM International President

Radhi Spear, DTM, of Piscataway, New Jersey, is a software engineer who worked in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. She has expertise in software development, systems administration, and acceptance testing.

A Toastmaster since 2000, Spear is a charter member of her home club, AT&T Middletown Toastmasters in Middletown. When corporate layoffs caused a decline in membership, she worked with the remaining members to rebuild the club—an effort that earned them the Phoenix Award, an honor once given to clubs that made a strong comeback from adversity, which is no longer awarded today. Now, her club is one of the top-performing in New Jersey, achieving President’s Distinguished status for 16 consecutive years.

Lance Miller, DTM 2005 World Champion of Public Speaking

Lance Miller, DTM, of Glendale, California, is an award-winning speaker and trainer and has delivered over 5,000 speeches in over 80 countries.

Miller is a 33-year Toastmaster. He was part of the leadership team that built his home club, Renaissance Speakers, to 95 members in 1999, helping it rank as the #4 club in Toastmasters International. Renaissance has been a President's Distinguished Club with all 10 points for the last 25 years. Miller is also the 2005 World Champion of Public Speaking and has worked with over 80 Districts around the world helping Toastmasters - Win With Toastmasters!

Deniz Senelt Kalelioglu, DTM 2018 Presidential Citation Honoree

Deniz Senelt Kalelioglu, DTM, of Bodrum, Türkiye, is a learning and development consultant, an executive coach, a virtual facilitator, and an international master trainer, who was on stage in over 35 countries. She is the founder of ProAkademi Consulting firm and the coauthor of the cross-cultural book Destination Facilitation.

A Toastmaster since 2007, Kalelioglu earned the Distinguished Toastmaster designation in both 2014 and 2020. She played an instrumental role in developing Toastmasters in Türkiye and supported the founding of more than 15 clubs. As a Club Coach and Certified Mentor, Kalelioglu has 44 member sponsorships and 24 Club sponsorships and mentorships.
