Trademark Use Request

Toastmasters International is committed to protecting its brand, trademarks, and copyrights. Please note that each request is viewed on a case-by-case basis, and is subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer.

Before submitting your request, review the following checklist:

I have checked the Toastmasters Online Store for my item, and it is not available.
I have ensured that my item meets all Brand expectations in the Brand Manual.
I understand that the following items are typically denied: badges, club and District banners, certificates, pins, ribbons, trophies, and plaques.
I understand that only one-time use requests will be authorized.
I have confirmed that the item is not available through one of the following preferred vendors:
- DigitalPrintHouse - For Districts 20, 79, 104, 105, 116, 122, and 127
- Gojo - For Districts 17, 69, 70, 72, 73, 90, and 112
- Muskurado - For Districts 20, 41, 51, 59, 71, 72, 73, 79, 80, 82, 87, 91, 92, 95, 97, 98, 102, 104, 105, 107, 108, 109, 110, 112, 114, 115, 116, 120, 121, 124, 125, 126, 127, and 130
