What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success:

- Support the District Leaders as they execute on their District Mission to create new clubs and support all clubs in excellence
- Be a resource and sounding board throughout the year and beyond
- Leading and supporting leaders through our Core Values as Toastmasters
- Serve as a touchpoint for open, effective and focused communication across all the Districts supported.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

As a past District Leader – I understand that we are all learning as we lead. Being a resource – for teams or individuals – is important to me. As a StrengthsFinder Coach – I can bring an understanding of our individual and collective skills to the teams – and provide meaningful conversations about doing more of what we already do well. As a facilitator/trainer – I can draw on my previous Region Advisor experiences, as well as my other facilitation and training experiences – to ensure learning and growth occur during the year. As a fellow Toastmaster – using the lens of our Core Values – the Region Advisor role allows me to support the District teams as they deliver on our collective mission.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

Serving in the role of Region Advisor again allows me to continue to support District Leaders – using my personal skill set. Coaching, facilitation and training, and conflict resolution are vital as teams develop and thrive – in support of accomplishing their District’s Mission.

As I serve the District Leaders, I continue to have the opportunity of learning, challenging myself and growing as a Toastmaster and individual.
